We’ve been a family run ski and snowboard specialist store for over 36 years, and we strive to be the leading ski and snowboard store in NZ. Our story started in 1982 with a passionate mountain man named Woody, in his small ski workshop in Parnell. Originally Woody’s Ski and Surf in Parnell, in 1993 Woody’s became Snowcentre when Neil Hunt purchased the business. Neil focused on providing a comprehensive year round snow store, because Kiwi’s travel the world for snow. We have snow gear for all budget ranges and all levels of skier or snowboarder.
It’s the people at the heart of Snowcentre that have made the difference. Our full time and internationally experienced team of dedicated and passionate skiers and snowboarders work together to ensure everyone has the best experience possible on the snow.
