Having had a little experience with the subject matter; I thought I knew what to expect when I signed up for the ski tech training course. But now upon completion of the course, I realize that I was able to achieve everything I'd hoped to and more. I'm grateful to Ben and Finn and especially lead-instructor Mitch for raising my level in one of the most thorough and thoroughly enjoyable classes I've ever taken. Fantastic service from Ben this morning for fitting ski boots. The process is lengthy (allow a couple of hours!) but so worth it. Ben was knowledgeable and the right amount of friendly too! In fact all of the guys were helpful and friendly. I am very much looking forward to trying out my boots now - no more awful fitting rentals for me! Watch out for me in future Olympics ??

Exceptional customer service and knowledge by Neil. We were over in Auckland on a family trip and ventured into the city on a public holiday. Neil was working behind closed doors and happily allowed us to browse through the shop and recommend a helmet and ski bag which we were after (and ended up buying). Thanks Neil - can’t wait to test out the goods when we head to Japan in Feb and will return to the shop when back in AKL
