Snowcentre offer FREE nationwide delivery throughout New Zealand on orders all orders* We also offer a completely FREE click and collect service.
We use CourierPost for the majority of our deliveries and they operate on a nationwide overnight working day service with the exception of rural delivery addresses and large products. For orders received before 1:00pm Monday to Friday, our commitment is to dispatch your order that same day.
For orders received after 1:00pm on Friday and over the weekend, your order will be processed for delivery and dispatched on the following business day on an overnight delivery service.
For Skis and Snowboards we use a number of different couriers depending on your location. Due to the nature of these products please note that delivery can take a little longer and is typically 3-5 days from when we dispatch.
We will send you a dispatch notification once we have processed your order which will include the track and trace number for the delivery company we are using. This will give you full visibility of your orders progress.
Click & Collect are generally available for store collection the following day (7 days). We will notify you when your order is ready to collect.
